Studio Rules

Session must be paid in full upon arrival

  1. Due to space limitations the capacity limit is 5

  2. Sign in for your session on the studios IPad

  3. No Smoking

  4. Use the front door only

  5. Hallways are off limits (Unless using the bathroom)

  6. You do not have permission to roam the building

  7. No Drinks/Food on the main console

  8. Studio time starts at your scheduled time. BE HERE ON TIME.

  9. Treat our room and equipment with RESPECT

  10. Please throw away all of your trash

  11. Do not adjust the microphone yourself, let the engineer do it

  12. We are not responsible for items lost or left behind

  13. Alcoholic beverages are permitted, but out of control behavior will not be tolerated

  14. The break area is for STAFF ONLY

  15. 2 hour booking minimum

  16. Do not touch the hardware/equipment

  17. Respect the engineer

  18. Your session HARD STOPS at the time it’s scheduled to end

  19. This is a professional recording studio and not a hangout. Treat it as such.

Failure to follow these rules will result in suspension/ban from the studio

The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason

Where Can I Visit?

The Bank Block Studios is located at 25 Exchange Street in Downtown Lynn. Parking is limited on-site, but plenty of street parking. The Vault is also easily accessible by Commuter Rail.
