Empowering Artistic Growth and Community Engagement Through Creative Spaces

We provide complimentary and affordable workshops to local artists, assisting them in developing their creative voice, skills, songwriting, beatmaking, and more. The foundation offers mentoring programs for both youth and adult artists, encompassing production courses, performance opportunities, and brand strategy development.

The recording studio and podcasting suite, located in the Lynn Arts Building's old WFNX studio, serve as a collaborative space for music and media production. Additionally, The Neal Rantoul Vault Theatre, located on the building's first floor, is a versatile black box theater accommodating up to 150 guests, catering to artists and organizations seeking community engagement.

Classes & Workshops

The Lynn Music Foundation provides complimentary and affordable workshops to the artistic community of Lynn. Covering areas from songwriting and beatmaking to audio engineering, LMF is dedicated to aiding local artists in honing their creative expressions and enhancing their abilities.

Multipurpose Venue Space

The Neal Rantoul Vault Theatre located on the first floor of the Lynn Arts Building is a multipurpose black box theater space that can hold as many as 150 guests. This venue is perfect for artists and organizations looking to bring in community members for shows, events and programming of all kinds.
